The request for digitalization of the economy, the public sector and the social sphere of the Russian Federation is increasing, as evidenced by the events in the country dedicated to the blockchain and other advanced technologies.
So, today, April 9, 2019 in Moscow in the REU them. G.V. Plekhanov opened the forum “Digitization of Regions”. The event, organized by RAKIB (Russian Association of Cryptoindustry and Blockchain) and REU them. Plekhanov, called to:
1. Establish regular cooperation of the RKIB, local governments and initiators of the pilot high-tech digital projects.
2. Demonstrate the use of innovative technologies in the public sector, the economy and the social sphere.
3. To begin work on the development of a system of training and information promotion of the concept of the digital economy and the development of digital transformation of the economy and social sphere in Russian regions.
The forum is held in the first academic building of the REU them. G.V. Plekhanov (Stremyanny per., D. 28, p. 1), in the Leninist audience.
A similar event will be held tomorrow, April 10, in Kaliningrad, where the IPQFair exhibition will open at the International Forum on Intellectual Property IPQuorum.
For visitors of IPQFair, more than 70 booths will operate on a variety of topics – from business and law solutions to robotics, virtual reality and high-tech developments in medicine.
At the booth of the organizers of the forum – the IPChain Association – guests can learn in detail how the blockchain technology helps in building a transparent and functional intellectual property market, as well as presentations of services included in the IPChain infrastructure (distributed intellectual property registry).
The international communication brand IPQuorum was created by the IPChain Association and the Eurasian Confederation of the Societies of Rights Holders (EACOP). The brand is a cross-border communication network that connects participants in the global intellectual property market, representatives of creative industries, industry innovators, expert visionaries, venture capital investors, national and international regulators.
The forum is also organized by the Eurasian Confederation of Societies of Rights Holders (EACOP) and the Federation of Intellectual Property (FIS). It is expected that it will be visited by more than 1,500 participants from 30 countries.
The forum will be held April 10-12 in the Kaliningrad region, in Svetlogorsk (in Yantar-Hall).
